Why a match score says nothing about your chance of winning
A count of shared preferences has no place in a probability claim.

Read the unit before reading the number
Our score is measured in matching tags. If you choose expanding symbols, ancient worlds and reels, Book of Dead can receive three out of three. The number means its reviewed tags include those three descriptors. It is not a percentage of successful rounds, a forecast of enjoyment or a statement about expected financial results.
A game with one matching tag is not worse than a game with three in any general sense. It simply reflects fewer of the answers in that particular request. Change the answers and the ordering can change. A score that moves when you change a theme preference is plainly measuring that preference, not the underlying game probabilities.
Skipping changes the denominator
Select only reels and every reel-layout record gets one out of one. That is a complete overlap with a very broad request, not a strong endorsement. Select no answers and we show the catalogue alphabetically with no match fraction. This avoids dressing an unfiltered list in the appearance of personalization.
For the same reason we do not turn the fraction into a confidence percentage. Two out of three selected labels is a simple count from a small editorial taxonomy. A large, precise-looking number would add a level of certainty the process does not possess.
Separate feature descriptions from mathematics
An expanding symbol describes an event in the rules. Free spins describes an in-game feature. A theme describes a visual world. None of these labels, by itself, establishes a game’s return, volatility or the probability of a particular outcome. Our catalogue does not publish RTP figures or use them in matching.
Provider copy can emphasize large multipliers and exciting possibilities. We extract the supported structural feature and leave promotional outcome language out of the match rationale. The linked source still matters for understanding conditions, but marketing emphasis does not become a hidden scoring factor.
Use the tool for its actual job
A useful result helps you explain why you want to read about one title rather than another. “It has a grid and a space setting” is an inspectable reason. “It gives me a better chance” is a claim our matching method cannot support. The site neither accepts wagers nor verifies operator access for your location.
Gambling can result in losing money. You can stop at reading about design, take a break or decide not to gamble. If gambling is causing concern, use our safer-gambling page for independent support links. A clearer catalogue is not a reason to continue an activity that is causing harm.
Scope: examples come from our 30-game Play’n GO edit. We review provider feature descriptions; we do not claim hands-on testing of every game or verified commercial access.
